photographic series on “found” printed errors
Working with found images, resulting from a printing error, this work displays images from news outlets, such as AFP or Reuters news agencies in their contextual printing error.
The result here works as an “objet trouvé” [1] intended, per se.
A loooked for “error” where the printer paints the paper, wrongly coloring scenes from news with related captions; The printed result being the result of this series.
Working with photojournalism references, pop art and dadaism, the result are limited edition prints in fine art paper glicée prints.
